Shipping rates are calculated according to your postcode and according to the weight of your order. To check the shipping rate, put items into your shopping cart and go to the checkout to see the estimated charge. You can return back to shopping without completing the checkout.

Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Global Village merchandise. You may return any of our products within 7 days, including your invoice, and we will exchange it for merchandise of an equal value. You must phone or email us to inform us that you are returning an item or items. Items will not be accepted for return after 7 days of receiving your order, so we encourage you to check stock when it arrives. Returned items must be unworn or unused and still have all tags or labels attached. If you receive a damaged or a defective item, we will send you a replacement product once you have returned the damaged or defective product. There will be no additional shipping charge or handling fee for any product that requires replacement as a result of being damaged or defective due to shipments. It is NOT business policy to issue cash refunds.

Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want credit or a replacement, the reason for the return, and its price. Credit refunds will be added to your account.
You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value at The Global Village showroom or by sending it back in the mail. If you’d like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we’ll charge you for the difference.
